How to weighted products work?
Weighted products such as some fresh produce and dairy items are an estimate, you will be charged based on the actual weighted amount. For example, if you select 1.25kg of apples, this may be weighed as 1.23kg or 1.3kg and this will be your final charged amount.

Does Coolum Farm Fresh deliver to my area?
At this time we do not offer a delivery service, only collection from the store. This may change in the future in which case delivery areas, schedule and fees will be made available here and throughout our website
Click n Collect
What is Click n Collect?
We have made buying your produce even easier. Simply place an order online, select a pick up time from the time slots provided at checkout.
We will do the shopping for you and make sure your produce is ready at the checkout when you arrive.
Is there a fee for the Click n Collect service?
No there is no fee other than the cost of your goods.
How do I view available collection times?
Once you finalise your order and arrive at the checkout page you will be able to select a collection time.
What are the cut off times for Click n Collect?
Orders must be placed 24 hours before your allocated collection time.
Where do I collect my order from?
You can collect your order from the front counter at our store. Please quote your order number so we can find your order easily.
Can I change my collection time?
If you have created an account then our online system will allow you to modify your order and collection time, if you have elected not to create an account then please contact the store on 07 5351 1510 between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday and we will make the change for you.
What if my order is not ready for me to collect at the time I have nominated?
Your order is important to us and we will inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible. In this event you will receive a call from someone at our store to inform you of any issues.

All prices are in $AUD and include GST where applicable.
How far in advance can I place an order?
An order can be placed up to one week in advance.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We will replace the item with a comparable product. If a comparable product is not available, we will deduct the price of the product from the total of your order and contact you.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes there is a minimum order of $50 for online orders.
Can I save my order and complete it later?
Yes, when you log out of the site with an unfinished order, logging in again will automatically restore your last order.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have created an account then our online system will allow you to cancel your order, if you have elected not to create an account then please contact the store on 07 5351 1510 between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday and we will cancel it for you and refund payment.
Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
If you have created an account then our online system will allow you to modify your order, if you have elected not to create an account then please contact the store on 07 5351 1510 between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday and we will endeavour to make the changes for you.
What is the returns policy?
If you wish to return a Product that was provided to you under these Terms and Conditions, because it is defective, then you may: (a) return that Product to our store; or (b) contact our Customer Service by telephone within 8 hours of the collection time to make arrangements to return that Product. In this instance, you may return the Product to us at the time you collect your next order. Once the good/s have been received we will refund your online account within 3-5 business days. You must provide us with the Tax Invoice we issued to you for your order to make a claim under this clause. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim.
How do you keep my products fresh?
Any chilled items will be stored in our cool room until you arrive to collect your order.
What should I do if I receive damaged items?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact the store on 07 5351 1510, 9 – 5, Monday to Friday, and we will arrange to replace the item at your earliest convenience.
